Technical Customer Service (832ID_Adhesive Technologis)
Your Role :



  •     To provide expertise in technical and engineering application in order to meet business goal. Support sales activities to the mentioned objectives.
  •     To educate customer by all means, such as training and product testing in the customer premise
  •     To ensure the quality of products and services delivered to customers. On the top of this, customer satisfaction is the main objective.
  •     To open a wide network with OEM & OMM in the customer premise
  •     To liaise with regional TCS in regards with the transfer of product knowledge and new product launch.
  •     Be responsible with the equipment under utilized in the customer premise
  •     To promote and maintaining the quality of work by implementing SHEQ policy amongst working area

Your Qualifications:

  •     Bachelor degree preferably in Technical (Chemical, Engineering) from reputable university.
  •     Minimum 2 - 3 years experiences in sales and technical function in Adhesive Manufacturing/Chemical Area.
  •     Proficiency in English both verbal and written,
  •     Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  •     Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisory and excellence team player
