[F&A] Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Finance & Accounting Division and its activities that include financial accounting, cost and management accounting, credit control and taxation.
- Ensure timely submission and consolidation of monthly/quarterly management reports and analysis business information.
- Formulate and implement financial policies as well as internal control procedures.
- Budget planning, cash flow projections and reporting and all aspects of operational accounts.
- Compute & process all related payroll & taxation for employees.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance or Accounting and Tax or Audit area with min. 3 years of experience at managerial level in a medium to large company or group of companies. or equivalent. Job role in Management or Financial Accounting & Reporting.
- Good knowledge of PSAK.
- Familiar with SAP System
- Good Leadership skill and interpersonal understanding.
- High responsibility, Hard work and good motivation.
[IT&D] Ruby on Rails Developer
- Possess at least an associated degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience as a hands on developer in product development
- Strong Object Oriented Programming with Ruby.
- Strong knowledge in Ruby on Rails
- Familiar with *NIX/LINUX, SVN, RDBMS, Agile Culture
- Passionate of hot technologies.
- Having good attitude, responsible, and can work as a team player.
- Having knowledge in NoSQL will be an advantage.
