Service Engineer - 2 Positions (Based in Selangor - UEP Subang Jaya)
Responsibilities
- Provide after sales technical and service supports to our customers, which include Maintenance, Installation & Repairs in order to fullfill customer's needs for our company products.
- Position 1 - Will be in-charge of X-Ray & Failure Analysis.
- Position 2 - Will be in-charge of Measuring Microscopes.
- Provide training to customers about the operation and maintenance of the engineering equipments.
- Prepare service reports to the superior.
- Prepare quotation and costing.
Requirements
- Candidates possess at least a Diploma/Degree or Equivalent on the following related field:
- Position 1: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Physics
- Position 2: Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field are with added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel either local or overseas.
Application Engineer (Based in Selangor - UEP Subang Jaya)
Responsibilities
- To operate FOL wire bonding machine
- To preform qualification of capillary process
- To coordinate with the supplier and customer requirements
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in semiconductor wire bonding will be added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
- Full-Time positions available.
