AREA SALES SUPERVISOR – INSTITUTION / FOOD INDUSTRY
Responsible :
- Achieving business goals: Sales (Volume & Value), Service level, on time delivery, AR aging.
- Developing the existing customers and expanding business by opening new customer.
- Maintaining business relationship with key customers within area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Holding minimum Bachelor (S1) degree of food science or equivalent.
- Good communication skill and advanced in analysis.
- Target achievement oriented and able to work in a team.
- Good initiative and able capture sales opportunities, strong leadership, discipline.
- Having advanced skills in Ms Office.
- Fast & able to work tight deadlines and reach expected result.
- Having driving licensed (SIM A).
MARKETING OFFICER
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, 26 - 34 years old with good health and integrity
- Min. Diploma (D3) degree from any major
- Preferably having experience in same position : minimum 2 years
- Experience as a marketing
- Knowledge of relevant computer software (Microsoft Office)
- High motivation
SHIFT LEADER PRODUCTION / RM
Requirements :
- University graduated from any discipline with at least 2 years experience in the same / related field. .
- Knowledge in computer systems (SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Having knowledge and experiences in HACCP, GMP.
- Has strong leadership and good interpersonal & communication skills
- Fast learner and strong analytical skills
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Qualifications :
- Male 26 - 34 years old with good health and integrity
- Holding S1 degree in relevant major, having driving licence (SIM A)
- Having at least 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in FMCG business
- Strong in forecasting capability, planning, analyzing, and sales skills with excellent interpersonal relationship
- Self motivated, hard working and target oriented

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
Qualification :
- Male /Female, 28 – 38 years old with good health
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or related field
- Having good knowledge of quality management (HACCP, ISO 20000) and GMP, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail / high accuration, documentation and reporting skills
- Strong work commitment , high-motivated person, having good integrity, responsibility and task oriented with the ability to think new idea of improvement and plan ahead.
- Preferably having experience as Quality Control in the food industry
- Able to operate Ms. Office especially Excel, Power Point & Word

SHIFT LEADER PRODUCTION / RM
Requirements :

- 1-2 years working experience at the same position from estabilished multinational food company.
- Goodknowledge and experience in ISO 9000, GMP & SSOP, HACCP System / ISO 22000,
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, etc)
- Good command of English
- Have a good analytical thinking, result oriented, effective, good interpersonal relation skill, hard working, team player

INTERNAL AUDITOR SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
- Male / female max 30 years old
- Min. S1 graduate (accounting) with min. GPA 3.00
- At least 2-3 years experience working as an iInternal Audit Supervisor in manufacturing company / distributor company
- Good knowledge and experience in Operational and Financial Audit
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, ERP System,others)
- SAP would be an advantage
BUDGET SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
- Male / female max 28 years old
- Bachelor degree, majoring Accounting from reputable university.
- Min. GPA 3.00
- Min. 4 years experience in budgeting, sufficient knowledge of accounting process is must
- Advance competency on Ms. Excel is a must (Vlookup, if function, Pivot table, others)
- Strong analytical skill and calculation on projection of balance sheet, profit loss and cash flow
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
Responsibilities :
- Develops and implements an appropriate set of budgeting & controlling tools
- Coordinates the annual operating plan in cooperation with the division managers
- Monthly budget controlling and analysis of deviations with subsequent constructive reports to the management
- In charge of cashflow forecasting and respective recommendation for actions to be taken
- Participate in monthly financial report preparation under the supervision of manager
