Customer Service Officer


Job Descriptions:

•     To communicate and to help customer find his/her requirements and offered the best service for Customer Service.

•     Responsible to serve and assist walk in customers in most efficient and professional way.

Qualifications :

•     D3/S-1 degree from any background of educations with GPA min. 2,75, except IT
•     Age between 22 - 27 yrs old
•     Single
•     Have clear voice, no voice defect or region dialect
•     Enthusiastic, friendly, good appearance and good personality
•     Willing to work under shift system

Call Center

Job Descriptions:

•     Answer phones and respond to customer needs and complain
•     Provide customers with product and service information
•     Complete call logs and reports

Qualifications :

•     D3/S1 degree from any background of educations
•     Have clear and good voice
•     Active in English for speaking and writing is a A MUST
•     Mature & willing to work under pressure
•     Communication skills
•     Professional appearance

IT Programmer
Job Descriptions:

•     Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology

•     Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes

•     Test and develop programming modifications.

•     Write and maintain programming documentation.

Qualifications :

•     Min. S1 degree of IT from reputable university, with GPA min. 3.25
•     Fresh Graduate / experienced max. 1yr
•     Capable in programming for VB, C++, . Net, etc
•     Female preferable, with minimum age 22 yrs old
