Founded in 1971 to offer services to the mining industry, PT. Geoservices (Ltd) has developed into a fully integrated exploration services company. Employing more than 600 people, some of which are expert in specialized fields from a number of foreign countries, the company is offering in mapping surveys, geology, geophysics, downhole measurements, borehole drilling, laboratories analysis, and cargo superintending for quantity and quality.


1. HR REPRESENTATIVE    (Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Batulicin)

Requirement:

•     Minimum Bachelor degree in Law or related education background from reputable University
•     Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
•     Excellent working knowledge of Industrial Relations practice, labor law or government regulation, employment agreement, HR Procedures and Process.

•     Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration
•     Experience in large Mining, Construction, Oil & Gas industry or another related project based industry will be an advantage

•     Strong leadership skills and good team work
•     Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
•     Will be placed in Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, or Batulicin.
•     Domicile in Kalimantan area.

2. QUALITY SAFETY OFFICER

Responsibilities:

•     Responsible to Quality Safety Manager to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the Quality Safety Management System. Responsible for controlling the Quality Safety Management System to ensure the proper implementation of the System's Policies and Procedures in Office and the fleet.

Requirements:

•     Diploma degree, fresh graduate from recognized university
•     Diploma in maritime / nautical studies or other relevant discipline
•     Training / Specialized Skills required: ISM internal auditor course, ISO 9000 course
•     Root caused analysis trained
•     Strong organization, problem solving, coaching, presentation & communication skills Self starter and drive for results

•     Good team leader and team player

3. PORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

•     Responsible to Engineering Superintendent to ensure the efficient and cost effective maintenance and certification for the vessels.

Requirements:

•     Diploma degree, fresh graduate from recognized university with major marine engineering
•     Diploma in maritime / nautical studies or other relevant discipline with marine license ATT III
•     Must be able to work in a teamwork as well as independently when required
•     Self-starter, self-disciplined, physically fit with good medical records

4. SURVEYOR    (Makassar – Surabaya - Balikpapan)

Requitments

•     Male
•     Hold minimum Diploma Degree from Marine Engineering or related education background
•     Having minimum 2 years experience in mining area as surveyor
•     Willing to work in exploration / mining areas
•     Will be placed in Makassar, Surabaya, or Balikpapan

5. ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities:

•     Plans, directs, organizes and schedules the activities of accounting functions. Interprets various accounting data, analyzes reports and recommends and/or initiates actions to be taken. Ensure that financial statements, cash flows, and budgets are prepared in an accurate and timely manner. Verify & finalize daily journal entries. Verify cash / bank reconciliation result. Review/prepare daily reports on cash flow & payables. Review/prepare corporate tax reports. Review/prepare company’s financial performance at all times. Solve problem, create procedures and continually improve internal system to ensure its effectiveness

Requirements:

•     Male / Female, 25 - 30 years old
•     Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting with GPA min 3.00
•     Good understanding in Accounting, Financial Report & Tax System.
•     Min 2 years relevant working experience
•     Have been even worked in Public accountant would be an advantage.
•     Able to use computer (MS Excel & MS Word is a must)
•     Understanding Accounting software.
•     Ability to meet deadlines, attention to details, trustworthy, hardworking, willing to work on overtime when necessary

6. CASHIER

Requirements:

•     Female
•     Age between 21-25 years old
•     Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting with GPA min 3.00
•     Good understanding in Accounting, Financial Report & Tax System
•     Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
•     Able to use computer (MS Excel & MS Word is a must)
•     Understanding Accounting software
•     Ability to meet deadlines, attention to details, trustworthy, hardworking, willing to work on overtime when necessary

•     Domicile in South Jakarta more preferable.

7. ADMINISTRATION

      Requirements:

•     Female, maximum 28 years old
•     Hold minimum Diploma from any major
•     At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
•     Able to operate Ms Office
•     Proficient in written and spoken English
•     Domicile in South Jakarta more preferable
