Position :    Legal Staff

Department :    Credit Legal & Remedial
Location :    Jakarta
Details :    Responsibility:

• Report directly to Legal Unit Head.

• To prepare any loan agreement, amendment, letters, security agreement and other legal document and document required for legality of loan’s signing as well as arranging signing ceremony.

• To put required clauses to assure loan agreement and credit documentation have secured the loan granted to the borrower

Requirements:

• Experience min. 2-3 years (Banking experience is preferable)
• Bachelor degree (majoring in Law is preferable)
• Good knowledge of banking legal and credit documentation
• Good knowledge of Company Law and investment procedure
