Carrefour SA is a French international hypermarket chain. Headquartered in Levallois-Perret, France,Carrefour is the largest hypermarket chain in the world in terms of size, the second largest retail group in the world in terms of revenue and third largest in profit after Wal-Mart and Tesco. Carrefour Indonesia is now looking for :


FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF
(Work location: Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  •     To input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.
  •     To apply basic accounting knowledge and techniques to all areas of work, including the production of journals, routine costing and variance analysis.
  •     Administer and monitor the financial system
  •     Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.
Requirements:

  •     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
  •     Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  •     Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.



COMMERCIAL OFFICER (Work location: Jakarta)


Responsibilities:


  •     To offer and sell the Financial Web Supplier (FWS) platform to Carrefour’s suppliers to give the opportunity to them to have a better cash flow and also to have a better relationship between Carrefour and its suppliers.
  •     To maintain and provide services to suppliers who have already join the FWS system and follow up prospecting supplier.
  •     To work closely with buyers from Merchandise Division and FWS Administrator.
Requirements:

  •     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Commerce, Economics, and Marketing.
  •     Excellent communication in English is a must.
  •     At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field or Banking Industry is required.
  •     Smart, self driven, and highly motivated person.


QUALITY ASSURANCE (Work location: Jakarta)

Responsibilities:


  •     Organize technical processes, collecting and processing information to meet the development schedule.
  •     Follow the regulations, the news in media and technical issues.
  •     Participate in defining product quality criteria, and arrange into technical specifications and ensure that products are in compliance with local law and regulations.
  •     Monitor food safety system (lab analysis, panel test), factory and social audit results and take necessary actions to follow up the result.
  •     Responsible of any withdrawal or recall of defective products with the approval of the country's Head of Quality.
  •     Monthly report to Head of Quality.

Requirements:

  •     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring Food Scientist & Chemist (dairy products, fresh products, dry groceries, chemicals), Industrial Engineering (electronics, hard-line/soft-line, and textile).
  •     Excellent in English is a must.
  •     At least 2 year(s) of working experience in production/R&D/laboratory or in the field of quality in industrial/retail sector.
  •     Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
