JAVA DEVELOPER

Requirements :

• More than 2 years of professional development experience

• Programming and maintaining J2EE applications

• Understanding about web services, JSF, EJB 3, persistence technology (eg: KODO, Hibernate, TopLink, iBatis, etc)

• Experienced in developing, deploying, administering under application server (eg: Glassfish, JBoss, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Oracle IAS, etc)

• Understanding about design patterns and MVC are advantages

• Experienced with JavaScript, AJAX, DHTML and other rich internet interactivity techniques

• Experienced in SQL database environment especially Oracle

• Beside of the special requirements stated above, the candidates should meet general requirements as follow:

• The ability to write clean, well-documented code

• The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential

• Strong self motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  

PHP / ASP.NET PROGRAMMER

Requirements :

•     Minimum 1 year experience in PHP, ASP.Net, C# or VB.net programming
•     Have passion in IT and programming
•     Familiar with Zend Frameworks is an advantage
•     Able to write clean, well-documented code
•     Knowledgeable in ASP.Net 2.0 or Greater (C#.Net).
•     Proficiency in MS SQL Server (DML, Stored Procedure, Trigger, View)
•     Proficiency in AJAX, Javascript, HTML
•     Understand .NET framework and libraries, XML, and webservice technologies
•     Strong personality, self motivation, able to work independent or team, and able to work under pressure
•     Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.

PHP/Flash Programmer

Requirements :

•     D3/S1 degree from Computer, Information Technology, Telecommunication, or Electrical Engineering study
•     More than 2 years of professional development experience
•     Beside of the general requirements stated above, the candidates should meet specific requirements as follow:

•     Have experience in programming and maintaining applications in Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP environment

•     The proven ability to develop in Linux environment
•     Experience and proficiency with JavaScript, AJAX, DHTML and other rich internet interactivity techniques
•     Experience and proficiency in database environments with design and tuning, especially MySQL
•     Have strong knowledge & skill in Adobe flex and Adobe AIR (ActionScript 3.0, ActionScript 2.0, CSS)
•     Expert in Adobe Flash CS2/CS3
•     Familiar with Zend Frameworks is an advantage
•     The ability to write clean, well-documented code
•     The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential
•     Strong self motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PROJECT MANAGER – IT (PM-IT)
 
Responsibilities:

•     Lead project team, responsible and accountable for overall success of project.
•     Controlling the scope of project.
•     Ensure the project cycle conforms to software development project standard.
•     Provide client presentations regarding strategy, methodologies, and project management processes.
•     Gathering information, analyzing business process, and design specification.
•     Working with client’s Project Manager to ensure the our team is in align with client’s team.
•     Update management on the progress of the implementation project on periodic basis.
•     Ensure ALL of project documents conform to standard.
•     Sensing the client needs as the opportunity for the next project

Requirements:

•     Must have experience as Project Manager min. 2 years
•     Preferable have experience as IT System Analyst
•     S1 degree from related background and reputable university
•     Familiar with MS-Office, MS-Project & Internet
•     English Literacy both oral & written
•     Good attitude, commit to work and team player
•     High motivation and spirit to learn new things
•     Strong leadership
