HR Manager
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in HR Management, Psychology, or Law
5 years related experience
Experience in handling mass number of employees
Ability to formulate and implement HR strategy & policies to drive performance
Having HR SAP background
Having Government Regulation knowledge
Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
