- S1 Civil Engineering, 10 years exp. as PM in

Road Construction

- Exp. in Toll Road & Loan Project


PM (Project Managers)

- S1 Civil Engineering, 3 years exp. as PM in Road Construction



GS (General Superintendent)

- S1 Civil Engineering, 5 years exp. as GS in Road Construction



SM (Site Manager / Superintendent)

- 5 years exp. as SM in Road Construction or Rock/Coal Mining



PuM (Procurement Manager)

- S1 Civil Engineering, 5 years exp. as Proc. Manager in construction company



R&D (Head of Research & Development - in Pavement Technology)

- S1/S2 in Civil Engineering, strong knowledge in pavement design, road construction 

Materials & Testing



CE (Civil Engineer)

- S1 Civil Engineering, GPA > 2.75, max. 25 years



SE(Site Engineer)

- S1/D3 Civil Engineering, 3 years exp. in Road Construction



HRM (HR Manager)

- S1/S2 Law, 5 years exp. as HR Manager in construction company, capable

to set-up & implement compensation & benefit, retention, training &

development program, and other HR policies & procedures)



HRS (HR Supervisor)

- S1 Psychology/Law, 2 years exp. as HR Supervisor



SFA (Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager)

- S1 Accounting, 5 years exp. as Fin, Acc & Tax Manager, experiences in IPO 

process is an advantage



FAS (Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff)

- S1 Accounting, 3 years exp. in Fin, Acc & Tax



PDS (President Director Secretary)

- D3 secretary, fluency in English, 3 years exp. as Pres. Director Secretary



SMe (Senior Mechanics)

- 5 years exp. as heavy equipment mechanic



MS (Mining Supervisor)

- S1/D3 Geology/Civil, 5 years exp in mining operation



IA (Internal Auditor)

- S1 Accounting, 5 years exp. in construction company



SupHE (Superintendent Heavy Equipment)

- S1/D3 Mechanical, 5-7 Years exp in Heavy Equipment



SpvHE (Supervisor Heavy Equipment)

- S1/D3/STM Mechanical, 3 Years exp in Heavy Equipment



FHE (Foreman Heavy Equipment)

- D3/STM Mechanical, 5-7 Years exp in Heavy Equipment



MEHE (Mechanic & Electrician Heavy Equipment)

- STM Mechanical, 12 Years exp in Heavy Equipment



QC (Quality Control/Laboratory Staff)

- S1/D3 Civil Engineer, exp. in Road Works Quality Control



SYR (Surveyors / Pengukuran)

- S1/D3 Geodetic, exp. in road construction survey & familiar with Total Station



FJ/S (Foreman Bridge / Structure)

- D3/STM Civil , 3 years exp, in road construction



AdmP (Adm & Finance Project)

- Min SMA , 3 years exp, in road construction



SHEO (Safety & Health Officer)

- D3/S1 Civil or Safety, 2 years exp. in similar position



SA (System Analyst - Management Information System)

- S1 MIS / Elektro / or relevant education

- 3 years exp. in Enterprise Software

- Good knowledge of Visual Basic 6.0/Delphi/C++/Power Builder

- Good knowledge of Database System (SQL and Access)

- Good knowledge of Oracle dan Cristal Report

- Well understanding MRP II, SAP, DRP, etc.

- Familiar with data migration activities

- Good logical and analytical thinking
